General information
Applicants who possess an Ontario College Fitness and Health Promotion diploma from Durham College may be eligible for admission to the university and will be granted a block transfer of credits after the completion of a spring/summer bridge semester. Admission requirements
Admission is competitive. The specific average or standing required for admission varies from year to year. Students are selected by taking into consideration a wide range of criteria including school marks, distribution of subjects taken, and performance in subjects relevant to the academic program. Possession of the minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance. Preference will be given to applicants with the highest academic standing. Students must complete the following bridging courses with a minimum 2.3 GPA (on a 4.3 point scale) or higher in each: Program details and degree requirements
Although reasonable efforts will be made to adhere to the following, course requirements and term offerings may change. - Three open electives at any level, in any faculty.
Note: Electives can be used to follow two clusters from the Kinesiology handbook or to minor in another subject area. |
