BUSI 2800U – Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Business

This course offers an introductory overview of artificial intelligence (AI) for a non-technical audience. Students will learn about key AI concepts, technologies, frameworks, and techniques with particular attention to how these would impact human experiences in organizations, business functions, and the economy. The course will offer a review of the history of AI and related technologies, and familiarize students with technical concepts such as reasoning, learning, decision-making, multi-agent systems, and large language models. Students will also learn about the ethical and legal considerations related to AI.
