HLSC 4999U – Research Practicum II

A continuation of the project started in HLSC 4998U . Students will make presentations based on their research and submit written work.

The research practicum project offers students the chance to apply their research-related skills, knowledge, and attitudes developed during their studies under the guidance of research tutors. These tutors may be faculty members or non-university tutors affiliated with one of the university’s approved research partners, overseen by the research practicum coordinator. The selection of the project topic is based on aligning students’ interests or specializations with a list of projects proposed by the research tutors. Students collaborate with their assigned tutor and team within the defined scope of the research project, which may vary depending on its nature.
Credit hours: 3
Prerequisite(s): HLSC 4998U
Credit restriction(s): HLSC 4995U  and HLSC 4997U  and KINE 4999U
Cross-listed: KINE 4999U
Note(s): Students are expected to take this course immediately after HLSC 4998U .
