Students will examine issues such as stress and time management, leadership, motivation, conflict management, and negotiation skills. Emphasis will be placed on the application of the skills in workplace situations. The use of case analysis, presentations, and experiential activities will allow students to apply theories from the course and demonstrate the skills they have acquired.
