EDUC 5203G - Leadership for Change and Educational Reform This course explores key change theories in educational contexts. Change theories and models will be analyzed and applied to a wide range of educational, public and human service situations. The role of culture, society and critical stakeholders is central to this exploration. Other major concepts will include but are not limited to examining the role of vision, mission, power and privilege, institutional culture, as well as resistance to change.
