HLSC 5118G - Applied Biostatistics in Health Sciences This course will provide students with the necessary skills to plan, conduct and critically appraise the statistical analysis of health-related research projects. Specifically, the course will emphasize the inter‐relationship between the research question, study design and analysis of projects. Learning methods include classroom lectures, online lectures and tutorials. Real-life research projects will be used to illustrate the common biostatistical methods used in health sciences.
