BIOL 3660U – Ecology This course is an introduction to general ecology, including current theories and practices. Fundamentally, ecology is the study of the distribution of organisms and their interactions with the environment. These interactions occur at the level of individuals, populations, communities and ecosystems. As such, the design of the course topic areas will follow this hierarchical structure. Credit hours: 3 Lecture hours: 3 Prerequisite(s): BIOL 2010U and BIOL 2030U
