MBAI 5810G - Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

This hands-on course gives students a deep understanding of how modern supply chains work. Instead of just focusing on theory, this course explores practical strategies for designing efficient networks, managing supplier relationships, navigating disruptions, and leading teams that drive tangible results. Through real-world examples, case studies, and interactive problem-solving exercises, students will learn to tackle different supply chain challenges such as risk management, sustainability and operational complexity. By the end of the semester, students will be equipped to develop strategies that improve performance, build resilience, and create lasting value across the entire supply chain.
