HLSC 5010G - Research in the Health Sciences This course critically examines various research paradigms and methods used by health scientists. Particular emphasis is placed on those employed by Health Sciences faculty in their current research. These methods include qualitative and narrative methods, quantitative methods of varied sorts (e.g., secondary data analysis, survey research), action research, program evaluation and constructive research. Credit hours: 3 Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate courses in statistics and research methods.
