APBS 6300G - Advanced Topics in Biological Chemistry This graduate course explores a range of research topics at the intersection of chemistry and biology through examples selected from the current scientific literature. Topics include protein engineering, enzymes, receptors, cofactors, enzymes for organic synthesis, biotransformations, catalytic properties of nucleic acids and bio-inorganic chemistry. Credit hours: 3 Prerequisite(s) with concurrency: Enrolment in the APBS graduate program.
