ENGR 3215U – Engineering Project Management This course introduces students to the fundamentals of engineering project management. It covers the basic functions in this field that include planning, organizing, executing, leading, and controlling. Topics include workforce and resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting, cost management, risk management and quality management. The impacts on the external environment, safety and regulatory constraints will be considered in the management of engineering systems.
