INFR 4440U – Advanced Sculpting In this course, students will focus on the creation of realistic and stylized organic digital sculptures. There will be an emphasis on human anatomy and the use of design principles to create believable and appealing 3D forms. Students will also gain an understanding of the pipeline required to create realistic characters for real-time rendering and simulations using advanced materials and textures along with cloth sims and particles for clothes and hair. Additionally, traditional sculpting workflows using modelling clay will be incorporated to reinforce digital training.
