ELEE 4310U – Electronics The focus of this course is the analysis and design of electronic circuits, semiconductors, fundamental characteristics, modes of operation, and types of diodes, bipolar junction transistors, field-effect transistors; nonlinear circuit applications: small signals and rectifiers; transistor biasing and amplifiers; integrated circuits: fabrication and characteristics.
