SSCI 3022U – Hate Crime This course explores theoretical and practical issues related to understanding the dynamics of hate crime, and the legal and non-legal strategies that are used to respond to it. It will examine an array of motivating factors, such as race, gender, and religion, and the effects that hate crime has on its victims. It will also examine the perpetrators of hate crime.
