SSCI 3020U – Corporate Crime This course is designed to identify the nature and issues of corporate crime. It will conduct a critical analysis of the types of corporate crime including its associated white-collar crime. The course will review the classic studies on corporate crime beginning with the work of Sutherland and continuing to contemporary theories. The course will also examine issues related to the control of white-collar crime by both legal and non-legal means.
