It will provide students with an advanced knowledge base in human movement behaviours (physical activity, sedentary behaviour and sleep). Specifically, students will learn about the 24-hour movement behaviour model, the factors that influence movement behaviours, and the role that movement behaviours play in the prevention and management of chronic conditions. Students will obtain the necessary knowledge and skills to develop programs and policies for a diverse range of populations.
