PHY 4510U – Physics of Nanotechnology This course examines the physics of nanotechnology. Topics covered depend on student need and demand as well as instructor availability, and may include surface science, materials science and photovoltaics, semiconductors, nanofabrication, nanofluidic devices, nanoparticles and bionanotechnology.
