ENGR 2350U – Engineering Operations and Project Management II A second level course that continues to study the functional area of production and operations management as practiced in engineering and manufacturing industries and the services sector. It includes decision-making, engineering project management, facility layout in engineering, manufacturing and services industries, waiting lines, quality control, just-in-time systems, forecasting, aggregate planning, inventory management, materials requirements planning and operations scheduling.
