ELEE 2200U – Electrical Engineering Fundamentals Coulomb’s, Ohm’s and Kirchoff’s laws; electrostatics and electromagnetics; resistance, capacitance, inductance and impedance and reactance; series and parallel circuits, independent and dependent voltage and current sources; energy, power; superposition, Thevenin, and Norton Theorems; maximum power transfer; node-voltage and mesh-current analysis of DC and AC circuits; initial, steady state and transient conditions; complex power and phasor domain analysis; poly-phase circuits and transformers.
