CRMN 2830U – Theories of Justice This course considers social and political theories, law and justice, and their implications for policy development in the justice system. It explores the diverse nature of theories concerning crime and deviance by focusing on modern and post-modern variants. The selected paradigms are studied with regard to their explanatory domain, role in examining social and criminological problems, and the development of policies.
