NURS 4100U – Nursing Leadership and Innovation This course focuses on the leadership and responsible followership roles of the nurse within the context of nurses’ scope of practice, as defined by current legislation and professional standards. Emphasis is on critical reflection on experience, and utilization of research and relevant academic/theory literature for positioning as a Registered Nurse within diverse social contexts, contributing to quality of work-life and healthcare innovation.
